    • Open your usual Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla, Chrome, Safari.)
      If your account needs to be reloaded, the reload page will automatically appear
    • Choose pre-paid card reload mode
    • Enter your usernames, then the reload code on the reload card
  • How to connect to an INET MOBILE Hotspot
    • Make sure your WiFi connection is operational.
    • Ensure that there is an I-net WiFi hotspot in the list of available wireless networks.
    • Connect to the INET WiFi network
    • Open your browser and the login page will appear.

    • Prepaid refill codes consist of numbers and letters. The letters are always in lowercase
    • Consider securing your modem’s WiFi network
    • Connect an ADSl filter to each telephone jack used

  • What is an INET certified dealer?
    • An certified dealer is a merchant who can register your Optimo subscription application to obtain an ADSL line at your home.
    • You need a piece of identification and your fixed phone number
    • The signatory of this application must be the holder of the fixed line
  • What is an OPTIMO subscription?
    • An Optimo subscription is a subscription to the ADSL service of the OPT. You are charged by the OPT monthly on your phone bill.
    • This subscription is for a minimum period of 6 months.
    • This subscription may take a few days depending on where your home is located.
